HISTORY
The history of Les Cantarelles begins with Nuria Renom and her partner Arola's departure from Bar Brutal in 2021 (where Nuria helped bring natural wine to Barcelona), leading them to acquire Can Barcelo, thereby marking the inception of their Les Cantarelles project
PHILOSOPHY
Nuria's winemaking philosophy, deeply rooted in authenticity and purity, is reflected in her meticulous practices, including the use of neutral vessels and the avoidance of additives and SO2, ensuring the wines remain unfiltered and unfined

Nuria Renom is a dynamic winemaker whose wines reflect her vibrant and multifaceted personality, heavily influenced by her time at Bar Brutal in Barcelona, known for its lively atmosphere. Her sparkling wines are described as celebratory, playful, exhilarating, and party-ready.
