Made from a blend of Macabeo, Merlot, Moscatel, and Xarel-lo, Back to Wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation and ages in the bottle with lees, resulting in a funky masterpiece.     Winemaking: Penedes Direct pressing of Tempranillo and 10 days of maceration. Carbonic maceration for the rest of the grapes in stainless steel tanks.

    Aging: 9 months in bottle on its fine lees, disgorging

    Alcohol (ABV): 11.5%

    Sulfites: None Added (< 10mg/l)

    Residual Sugar: Low (<2 g/l)
