XAREL-LO ORANGE PET-NAT
Crafted from Indigenous Grapes hand-harvested from 40-Year Old vines, our wines capture the open-minded, festive and fresh essence of Penedes. The grapes are macerated at low
temperatures for 7 days, echoing the smoothness of a Barry White serenade. Fermented in seasoned French Oak and matured on lees for 6 months using the Ancestral Method, our wine is manually disgorged to achieve an elegant finish.
With notes of White Peach, Grapefruit, Ginger and White Pepper, this wine pairs extremely well with appetizers, fusion cuisine and any experimental foods!
