MALVASIA, SUMOLL AND SAMSÓ
Cherry red appearance with blue trim. The nose stands out for the intensity and concentration typical of this wine. We find notes of raspberry, strawberry, spices and white flowers. On the other hand, it is very fresh in the mouth, alive with a light and pleasant entry that marks its entire journey where the freshest aromas finally end up predominating.
Unpretentious wine, designed to be enjoyed without thinking and to accompany a meal or as an aperitif. The pairing especially with carpaccios, fresh entrees, rice and meats. Very good accompaniment to soft cheeses.
A wine as it is, natural without anything to mask putting in a bottle everything that comes from a land and from unique varieties that have no better place to express themselves than from where they are their own.

Winemaking: Pre-fermentative maceration of Malvasia de Sitges for 24 hours at a controlled temperature in a stainless tank where the flower must ferment with its own indigenous yeasts while the must we make a carbonic maceration to extract aromas, structure and colour. In the case of Sumoll and Samsó we make a carbonic maceration to extract aromas, structure and colour.
Aging: Part of the must will be aged in demijohn and the rest in stainless steel tank. It’s a low intervention wine, where it is not filtered or clarified.
Alcohol (ABV): 11.5%
