The nose highlights the intensity and concentration of aromas of red fruits, such as raspberry, raspberries and unripe strawberries.

 

In the mouth it is fresh, with a sweet, soft entry and marked acidity throughout its journey in the mouth, an easy to drink wine, elegant, permanent in the mouth and able to reach the senses.

Endogen Sumoll - Finca Mas Perdut

    Region: Baix Penedes (Catalunya, Spain)

    Soil: Clay-loam Soil. Special young vineyard which is 8 years old. It’s a vertically driven vineyard which means greater exposure to the sun. That means that we have higher quality in our grapes and balanced maturation.

    Winemaking: Free run must, the juice that escapes naturally from the grapes before pressing. Cold pre- fermentative maceration to extract aromas and more structure in 18ºC. Fermentation in stainless Steel vats at 22ºC. Maceration with lees.

    Aging: Aged in oak barrels for 4 months for 70% of wine another 25% is aged in ceramic amphoras, and 5% in demijohn before bottling.

    Other: Service temperature 14-16ºC.

    Alcohol (ABV): 12%

    Sulfites: Contains Sulfites, None Additional Added
