MUSCAT & PARELLADA
Natural wine, without added sulphites, which has a straw yellow appearance with golden edges.
On the nose it stands out for the intensity and concentration typical of the grape. We find intense floral notes, rose, citrus and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is very fresh, alive with a light and pleasant entry that marks its entire journey where the freshest aromas finally end up predominating.
It is an unpretentious wine, designed to be enjoyed and to accompany a meal or as an aperitif. The pairing especially with carpaccios, fresh entrees, rice and meats. Very good accompaniment to semi-cured cheeses.
