LUXURIOUS RED - CABERNET FRANC AND CABERNET SAUVIGNON

 

Rosso Rubino matures gracefully in large exhausted oak barrels and smaller barriques for 12 months, melding the tannins beautifully and creating a seamless blend.

 

A ruby red spectacle with a vibrant garnet hue, bursting with intense flavors of ripe raspberry and blackberry, a sprinkle of warm spices, and a delightfully herbal finish.

 

Crafted with ambient yeast 'sui lieviti' to enhance its authentic terroir-driven character.

    Year: 2022

    Region: Treviso, Veneto, Italy

    Fermentation: Grapes are harvested fully matured and undergo a lengthy skin contact of 25 days to extract colour and fruit. Fermentation is spontaneous using ambient yeast.

    Ageing: The wine is matured in large exhausted oak barrels (usedpreviously for white wine production) and in smaller barriques for 12 months to soften and intergrate thetannins then blended.

    Alcohol (ABV): 13.5%

    Other: NServe at 16-18°C.
